ONE DAY TRIP, Exploring Art and Nature


Our B.Ed batch went on a memorable One Day Trip on 5 December 2025, starting at 7.00 am, with the theme “Exploring Art and Nature.”Our one-day trip included places like Koyikkal Palace, Thenmala, and Palaruvi.

Exploring the Koyikkal Palace allowed me to connect deeply with Kerala's cultural past through its preserved relics. The majestic Palaruvi falls offered a moment of tranquility, while Thenmala Ecotourism showcased the significance of sustainable travel and nature preservation. As a future educator, this trip opened my eyes to the impact of experiential learning outside the traditional classroom. It was a perfect blend of academic growth, environmental awareness, and memorable moments with my classmates.

S. U. P. W PROGRAM IN PTMCE

The Workshop on Art and Craft (S.U.P.W) was successfully completed. The main attraction of this session was the making of Nettipattam (the ornamental caparison for elephants). Mrs. Sajeela Begum, Craft Instructor at the Kerala State Council for Child Welfare, provided excellent training on how to create a beautiful Nettipattam in a short time. The class, which started exactly at 1 PM and concluded by 4 PM, was very beneficial to all of us.

FOOD FEST

The Food Fest, organized under the leadership of the senior students, was a great success. We, the juniors, also actively participated in it, and it was a wonderful experience. Since the Science Fair was being held at the college, numerous people from outside visited the Food Fest. This extra participation provided further momentum to the success of the fest. Featuring a variety of dishes, the Food Fest succeeded even better than expected and offered a delightful culinary experience to everyone.
